We've been around!  We have coordinated over 100 weddings and events  of all sizes and styles, from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations.

No wedding is the same as another and we understand that every couple has different goals for the day.  Contact us to discuss your requirements and we'll provide a tailored proposal.

We do, but decided to change the term 'Day of Coordination' to 'Wedding Coordination'.   Because we begin our work months before the day of, we feel it's important to distinguish what makes our packages different from others. 

We don't work set hours but rather begin the day where we are most needed and wrap up when all the events of the night are completed.  Because every wedding is different, we'll set the hours with you based on your wedding day's needs.  

We bring on a team of 3 for larger scaled weddings or time sensitive days.  But for a standard day, you'll always have a Lead Coordinator-- ME!  Assistant Coordinators or Assistant Stylists are added on as needed.

The sooner the better!  When you book with us you get access to our free online planning tools as well as unlimited communication which couples have found helpful in keeping their planning on track.  It's like having a wedding planner without the added cost..   And because we only take on a limited number of weddings per year, we get booked up 12-18 months in advance.

We can't speak on how others price their services, but it's important to review the vendors you're interested in based on their experiences, talent and how they conduct their businesses.  Vendors whose work is full time will set their pricing to reflect an annual earning just like those who work with a salary at a regular profession.  When you see a drastically lower rate in prices, most often these vendors are pursuing their work part time on the weekends or as a side passion or hobby while working regular full time jobs.  Other times, pricing will reflect free-lance or entry-level experiences.

Check their social media pages for style preferences, refinement and see where and who they've worked with, read reviews and most importantly, hop on a call with them.

There's someone for everyone's budget, but be sure that you're confident in their abilities and that their experiences will deliver the overall vibe and goals you want for your wedding.
